CAD Enterprises, Inc. was established in Phoenix, Arizona, May of 1978. Today, our current manufacturing facility is located in 69,000 square feet and has a full-time staff of 112 employees. We are operational 24 hours a day, 5 days per week and have the capability to work 6 days as required. The dynamics of our business have changed over the past years, as have many companies. This is a change in business philosophy, specifically, Customer Relations and Service. With this truly being a global economy and the competition being worldwide, these changes did not come about by chance or accident. We listened to our customer when they stated, that a culture change was necessary to remain competitive in this industry. When other companies were less than enthusiastic and in many cases reluctant to experience the change, the individuals at CAD accepted the challenge. We embrace the methods of manufacturing and concepts developed by Toyota Motor Co., i.e. "Kaizen" and the evolution of that to the "Lean Manufacturing" principles of throughput manufacturing. We also engage in "Six-Sigma" projects. Our goal is to continue with the implementation of this method of manufacturing throughout our company.
